Moxy Berlin Humboldthain Park

Honestly, i almost thought about giving Moxy a good review, but then i remembered how my bag got stolen during cleaning and the incompetent staff didn't care. The overpriced breakfast was somehow a sad joke, and no one even bothered to offer me a welcome drink. How hard is it to provide basic hospitality?

Bad language skills, both in English and German.

The room was clean and modern with unique decor.

I experienced a shocking lack of functionality throughout my stay. First, the soap dispenser was broken, and despite notifying the front desk, it took days to address the issue. The staff's management was absent when I encountered a double charge at check-in, leaving me without assistance or resolution. To add to my disappointment, the breakfast served was basic and not worth the price paid, especially compared to local options.

Short walk from the metro station and a convenient distance from Alexanderplatz. The Moxy Berlin Humboldthain Park offers modern amenities, though I found the lack of closet space a bit inconvenient. Marco at the front desk was superb.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station, from which it was convenient to go to the port city of Rostock. Center. It's a stylish room, but it's small. The view from the window isn't bad. Very quiet.

No closet, one hanger, a few hooks. No nightstands, just a shelf. The bar in the lobby is expensive, although the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Transport accessibility is excellent. The staff is super friendly. The rooms have good furniture and plumbing. Clean, cozy.

The only drawback is the blanket that doesn't breathe. The hotel is located far from the center.

The hotel is next to the subway and trains. It's not noisy. Cozy rooms and staff above all praise! Friendly, always ready to help! The first floor is a nice place with pillows, floor-to-ceiling football and various armchairs. Tasty and fun breakfast.

Would recommend for a brief hiatus

Modern room, friendly staff, with good amenities including a fitness center on the rooftop and convenient access to the metro station just a five-minute walk away.

Had really great stay on a business trip, the staff were welcoming, location was fantastic close to excellent transport links 3 stops to Brandenburg Gate. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was huge. The breakfast was very very good with plenty of food and hot drinks.

New hotel, very comfortable beds. Modern design. Delicious nespresso coffee. The U8 subway stop is a couple of minutes away and in 15 minutes you'll be at Alexander Place. There's also S42 (41). Near the metro station there is a large supermarket and shopping mall. We parked at the hotel for free, but they also have an underground garage

The vibrant atmosphere and really good coffee by Marco made mornings good, while the speedy WiFi and proximity to public transport ensured we were well-connected throughout our stay.

Cheap breakfast, appreciated it with a wide range of food.
